Pedometer Map

It is very important for runners to keep an accurate account of the amount of miles that they run. For example, if you ran 20 miles last week it is important to run no more than 25 miles the next week in order to avoid over training. With this in mind, The Runner’s Resource provides the below pedometer map. The pedometer map allows you to track the mileage of your runs.
