  • Letsrun.com is a site loaded with running news. Make sure to check out its world famous message board.

  • Running Times

  • Runner's Times is a great magazine with a very informative web site. There is a ton of running advice here.

  • Runner's World

  • Runnersworld.com is a really good site that stands alone from the magazine. It has lots of news from the running world and info on training and injuries.

  • Flotrack: Track and Field

  • Flocasts is a great site that features a lot of videos from top professional and college athletes and coaches.

  • Mensracing.com

  • This site is hosted by the New York Road Runners Club. It has a lot of news from the running world as well as a photos from races throughout the U.S.

  • Fast-women.com

  • This is the sister site of mensracing.com. Like mensracing, it has a huge amount of running content including news, photos, and athlete interviews.

  • Cool Running

  • Cool Running is a huge site with a ton of running advice and information. One of its best features is a race results section that is updated constantly.

  • Team XO

  • This is the web site of Team XO, which is an elite running club based in Oregon.

  • FastrunnerZ.com

  • FastrunnerZ.com is an online coaching site which has several top name nike athletes as coaches.

  • Track Extra

  • This site has track and field results from all of the big meets around the nation. It's a great way to keep up to date on the best recent performances.

  • Washington State Cross-Country

  • This site is a great source for cross-country and track news in Washington.

  • Joffroirunning.com

  • Joffroirunning has a lot of running information. I especially like its journal section where top runners post their training logs.

  • This is a great site about a pioneer of distance running

  • Favorite Run
    Favorite run allows you to create running maps. Search for runs in your area. Calculate run distances without pre-driving the course.

  • The Stretching Institute
    The Stretching Institute contains strategies for stretching and for prevention/treatment of sports injuries. It features a large database of articles that is very beneficial.

  • Paul-Tergat.net
    This is a web site dedicated to Paul Tergat, who is one of the greatest runners of all time.

  • High School X-C and Track Info

  • This site has tons of lists including the all-time best high school times in the mile and two mile. Unfortunately, it has not been updated in a while.

  • Runners Rescue
    Runners Rescue is a great resource for learning more about common running injuries.

  • Running Injury Free

  • This site is full of running advice and information. It is maintained by 71 year-old Allen Leigh, who should be an inspiration to all runners.

  • American Running Association

  • The American Running Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging people to run.

  • Running Advice

  • The Running Advisor bills itself as THE source for answering all of your running related questions. It has a ton information and advice. A must see.

  • Runnng Online has a ton of running information that includes great articles and a huge links section.

  • RunOn! Texas

  • RunOn! is a Texas running store with a great web site. If you live in or near Texas be sure to check it out.

  • Run The Planet
    From Antarctica to Zimbabwe, Run The Planet offers descriptions of where to run and walk in the cities of the whole world, told by the locals, and to use while you are away from home. Marathon information, specialized running pages, and links. The largest worldwide running community on the Internet.

  • Run-Down.com
    Run-Down.com is a great resource for running information that includes a ton of articles covering almost any running topic and lots of links to other great sites.

  • State of the Art Marathon Training
    For all visitors interested in running a marathon, this is a great site to check out. There's a lot of great information about how to correctly train for 26.2 miles.

  • Track-and-Field.com
    Huge running resource with thousands of categorized links.

  • Hillrunner.com
    Hillrunner.com provides a lot of running advice and information and includes a constantly updated news section.

  • Dr. Track
    Dr. Track features running articles and a comprehensive links page.
